Nobu Matsuhisa brings seven Nobu restaurants together in Bangkok

Nobu Matsuhisa will return to Nobu Bangkok on November 24 and 25, 2026, for two evenings bringing together chefs from seven restaurants in his international network. The programme opens with World of Nobu, a gathering of teams from Bangkok, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and three addresses in Dubai, followed by a dinner the next evening.

Trained in Japan, Nobu Matsuhisa developed his approach to cooking through his years in Peru, adapting Japanese preparations to ingredients he encountered there. He opened Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills in 1987, before establishing the first Nobu in New York in 1994. That combination of Japanese technique and Peruvian influences remains central to the restaurants that now carry his name.

On November 24, the participating chefs will cook at individual stations on the Bangkok restaurant’s terrace, with guests moving between them throughout the evening. The November 25 dinner will feature a selection of chefs’ recommendations drawn from the same seven restaurants. Nobu Matsuhisa will be present on both nights, meeting the teams and guests during his visit.
